Brief Description:

Lee Kum Kee is a world famous manufacturer of Asian foodstuffs & condiments. This project was for their world’s largest soy sauce factory. SWA’s roll was the design, manufacture, installation test & commission 2 x 60 m3/h DAF units with chemical flocculation (Stage 1) followed a year later by a third 60 m3/h DAF plant (Stage 2).
