Anthony is a seasoned professional who brings extensive experience in retail sales and management to his role within our industrial wastewater management team as the Perth-based State and Territory Manager for the regions of Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
As Department Optimisation Specialist for the Woolworths group, Anthony was responsible for managing underperforming stores and led a staff of 20+ to increase both sales and performance.
“I specialised in Automated Stock Ordering Systems, team training and restructuring while at Woolworths group and was responsible for ensuring each store achieved the highest industry standards,” he says.
A move to the Nestle group saw Anthony undertake a variety of managerial roles for over a decade. As an Area/Territory Sales Manager, he was responsible for managing the implementation of field plans and the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
As National Field Planning Specialist, Anthony managed a national business work plan implemented by over 400 staff, communicated with both Corporate and Field Management teams and managed National Service Level Agreements for multiple client accounts.
He has established himself as an expert in the development of sales and planning materials, a seasoned manager of large teams and a skilled communicator.
With a strong focus on achieving sales targets, developing client relationships and resolving implementation issues on the fly, his experience has prepared him well for his role within SWA.
“I will be really focused on establishing a solid contact base within the water and mining industries in the region, so we can widen SWA’s customer base and drive our market share locally,” he says.
Anthony is excited to develop marketing content to present at industry seminars and events held within the region, with these resources a valuable tool in promoting SWA’s commitment to research and development and superior industrial wastewater treatment process.
